Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

1. General Information

Sierra Dreams (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company that offers high-end bedding and home decor products. These Terms govern your use of the Site, including purchases, product offerings, and interactions with the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

  • Use the Site in a way that could disable, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with other users’ access to the Site.

  • Collect, scrape, or harvest any personal information from the Site without our express consent.

3. Account Creation

To place an order or access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. All orders are subject to availability and verification of payment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other approved payment methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the Contiguous United States.

  • Contiguous U.S.: Free Standard Shipping on all orders
  • Alaska & Hawaii: A flat $75 shipping fee applies due to carrier surcharges for these regions

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns for a Refund within 30 days
If for any reason you are not totally thrilled with your purchase and it is still in new and unused condition, it’s fine to send it back to us within 30 days. For these no-hassle returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll ensure that it’s in original unused condition, and then we’ll credit a full refund to your account, minus the cost of return shipping. 

Additional notes:

  • Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges items must be in good condition, free from excessive damage, staining, or strong odors. While we never resell used items as new, we do have donation partners who put gently used returned items to good use. Items that are exchanged showing signs of abuse or damage caused by usage outside of expected wear and tear will be considered outside our 100-Night Dream policy and a restocking fee may apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Log in to your Sierra Dreams account and request a return under ‘Orders’. We’d be grateful for a brief note letting us know why you weren’t satisfied, so we can improve and serve you better next time.

Returned items are never resold as new.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Sierra Dreams or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sierra Dreams is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to the loss of profits, data, or use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sierra Dreams harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any activity related to your account.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nevada, U.S, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
